A 27B model at 32K context on my own GPU with capped web search, preset modes as shared-weight Modelfiles, and windowless startup. 100% GPU residency with headroom.

Headless image generation driven through the ComfyUI API, a detail and upscale ladder to 13 by 19 print size, and a procedural renderer that computes pieces at 4680 by 6840.

One service that owns four displays: sunset switching, restore after wake, idle blackout, a settle rule that ended a driver crash loop, and a 43-rule test harness.

AI-run life adminClaude, scheduled agents

A daily steward agent that reads the mail and the open threads, files records and reports only what needs a decision. Governed by a 200-line rules file, a changelog and a validator with 13 regression checks.
